How to Win Scholarships and Grants – State of Kansas

There are many Kansas state government scholarships and grants available to help students with the costs of college or university. The money provided by these scholarships and grants can make a big difference in helping students achieve their educational goals.

Grants and scholarships from the State of Kansas are managed by the Kansas Board of Regents. On this online portal, Kansas residents can submit applications for scholarships and financial aid.

It’s important to know that most state scholarships require a completed FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) to be eligible. There may be other requirements for each Kansas scholarship and grant program so always check the fine print for each prize.

You should also know that in addition to the awards below, you’re likely eligible for many more scholarships offered by private donors or your college or university. If you’re planning on applying for scholarships, you can dramatically increase your chances of winning by applying to the right types of scholarship opportunities – ones that are a good match with your student profile.

Here is a list or prizes from the State of Kansas available to students in their senior year of high school and/or college students pursuing a degree.
